If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, you may do so within this time period.

  • Orders must be canceled before dispatch or shipment.
  • After 48 hours or once the order is processed/dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • We recommend contacting us as soon as possible for a successful cancellation.

💸 Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

If your order was prepaid, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI).

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
  • Please note, banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders cannot be canceled, including:

  • Customized, stitched, or altered products
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Orders placed during special sales or festive discounts (e.g., Diwali Sale, End of Season Sale)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

These are processed immediately after purchase due to their nature and hence are not eligible for cancellation.
